PETERSEN MEDIA: Returning to action with the All Star Circuit of Champions over the weekend after the series sat idle in lieu of Kings Royal week, where PPM made his first career Kings Royal feature event, Destiny Motorsports and Parker Price-Miller picked up a ninth place finish on Saturday night at PA Motor Speedway as the series is now pointed towards the Midwest for a big four-race weekend.

“Saturday night it was good to get back inside the Top-10,” PPM said. “This weekend we are at Angell Park (WI) Jackson (MN), Knoxville (IA), and Burlington (IA), so hopefully we can build off this and run well during a big weekend.”

Opening his week up at Lernerville Speedway with the World of Outlaws and finishing 24th, PPM and company would reunite with the All Star Circuit of Champions on Friday night at Eriez Speedway.

Timing the MonDak Portables/Ft. Union Supply and Trading/Townline Variety backed No. 4 entry in sixth quickest in his time trial group, the Kokomo, IN pilot would finish fifth in his heat race which placed him 15th on the starting grid for the feature event.

On a surface that would prove to be tricky at times, PPM would be unable to mount a good charge forward. Maintaining for much of the feature event, Price-Miller would take the Friday night checkered flag in the 14th spot.

Traveling to PA Motor Speedway for more All Star Circuit of Champions action on Saturday night, Price-Miller would get his night started on a better note as he timed in third quickest in his qualifying group.

Finishing third in his heat race, Price-Miller would move into the feature event where he gridded the field from the ninth starting position. When the race came to life, Price-Miller would hold court in the ninth position as he battled with Tim Shaffer and Jac Haudenschild.

Battling hard with the seasoned veterans, PPM would pick up his 27th Top-10 of the season as he took the checkered flag in the ninth position.

“My guys do a great job for me, and I have to continue to pick it up on my end and get our car up front where it needs to be,” Price-Miller added. “A big thanks to my guys for continuing to work hard for me, as well as a thanks to Rick and Barb Rogers and our partners for standing behind me.”
